The CRM for small sales teams, from first contact to paid invoice.

Kordic is a CRM for small sales teams that carries a deal from first contact through quote, invoice and payment. The pipeline, the quote and the invoice sit on one record, so nobody rebuilds the same deal in a second system. Free for 3 months, no card. Live at kordic.io.

Features

Everything a sales team needs, nothing they don't.

Six things Kordic does. If a feature isn't on this list, we probably don't have it, and a bigger platform probably does.

Drag-and-drop sales pipeline

Every deal sits on a board you can see in one glance. Drag a card to move a stage. Stages are yours to name, so the board matches how your team actually sells.

AI pre-call briefings

Before a call, Kordic pulls the recent thread, the open quote and the last payment into one short brief, so you're not reading back through six weeks of email.

Built-in payment tracking

Send the quote from the deal, turn it into an invoice, then watch the payment land against the same record. No exporting to a separate invoicing tool and reconciling it later by hand.

Every channel, one timeline

WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook and Zoom connect to the contact record. Messages and meetings land on one timeline, so a colleague picking up the deal can read what happened without asking you.

Real-time revenue & forecasting

Pipeline value, won deals and outstanding invoices update as the board changes. Because invoicing lives in the same system, the forecast reflects money collected, not only deals marked closed.

Role-based team permissions

Permissions are set by role. Your accountant can open invoices and payment status without seeing the whole pipeline. A rep sees their own deals. You decide who reads what.

The Difference

Why Kordic?

Four reasons to pick it, and one limit worth saying out loud: Kordic is smaller than Salesforce and HubSpot on purpose.

Visibility: one board, not four tabs

You can see where every deal is without asking anyone. The board, the quote and the invoice are the same record, so the status you read is the status that's true.

Intelligence: briefings instead of digging

Kordic assembles the context for a call so you don't reread the thread. It summarises what's already in the record. It doesn't invent facts about the account or promise you a close.

Integration: connected to what you already use

WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook and Zoom are connected. That's the list. We'd rather name four integrations that work than publish a marketplace of a thousand you'll never open.

Payments: the invoice belongs to the deal

Most CRMs stop at closed won and hand you off to an invoicing tool. Kordic keeps going. The quote, the invoice and the payment stay attached to the deal that produced them.

Getting Started

How does Kordic work?

Four steps from an empty account to a deal you can see, quote and invoice in one place.

1

Import your contacts and deals

Bring your existing CRM across from an export or a spreadsheet. Map the columns once. Your history arrives with the contacts, so you're not starting from an empty board.

2

Connect your channels

Link WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook and Zoom. From then on, messages and meetings attach themselves to the right contact instead of sitting in one person's inbox.

3

Let AI brief you before every call

Open the deal before you dial and read the summary of what's happened so far. Check it against the record. It's a shortcut, not a substitute for knowing the account.

4

Close deals and get paid in one place

Send the quote, raise the invoice, mark the payment. The deal closes in the same place it started, and your accountant sees the invoice without touching the pipeline.

FAQs

Questions people ask before they sign up.

Two things. The invoice lives on the deal, so you don't run a CRM and a quoting tool and an invoicing tool side by side. And Kordic is deliberately smaller than Salesforce or HubSpot. If you need deep customisation, territory management or a large app marketplace, buy one of those instead. We'd rather tell you now.

Yes. Kordic connects to Gmail, Outlook and WhatsApp Business, and to Zoom for meetings. Once connected, messages attach to the contact record automatically, so the thread stays with the deal rather than in one person's inbox. Those four are the integrations we support today. If you need something else, ask before you sign up.

It reads what's already in the deal record, the recent messages, the open quote, the payment status, and gives you a short summary before the call. It works from your data, not from outside sources. Treat it as a prompt to check the record, not as a source of truth.

Yes. Permissions are role based. You can give an accountant access to invoices and payment status without opening the pipeline, contact history or deal notes to them. The same works in reverse for a rep who should only see their own accounts. Roles can be changed whenever your team changes.

Three months, free, and we don't ask for a card to start. That's long enough to import your contacts, connect a channel and run a real deal through to an invoice. If it isn't the right fit, do nothing and the trial ends. Pricing is at kordic.io.

Yes. If you can export contacts, companies and deals from your current CRM, or you keep them in a spreadsheet, Kordic can import them. You map your columns to Kordic's fields once. Messy data stays messy after a migration, so it's worth cleaning the export before you bring it across.
