An AI Customer Service Agent That Answers From Your Content, Not Its Imagination
GACS is our own AI customer service agent. It reads your website, docs, FAQs and product catalogue, then answers customers on web chat, WhatsApp and voice in over 50 languages. It won't replace your support team. It handles the repetitive questions and passes the rest to a human.
What a real conversation looks like.
A sample exchange on WhatsApp. Notice the last turn: when the question needs a person, GACS says so instead of guessing.
Six things the agent handles from day one.
This is the whole product, not a teaser. If something you need isn't listed here, ask us before you buy rather than after.
Deploys with a script tag
Paste one script tag into your site and the chat widget goes live. For WhatsApp, connect a WhatsApp Business number and the same agent answers there. No replatforming.
Answers from your knowledge base
GACS ingests your website, help docs, FAQs and product catalogue, then answers from that material. If the source is thin or out of date, the answers will be too. Garbage in, garbage out applies.
Human handoff built in
When a conversation moves past what the knowledge base covers, or a customer asks for a person, GACS hands the thread to your team with the full transcript attached.
Replies in 50+ languages
A customer writes in Arabic, French or Urdu and GACS replies in the same language. You write and maintain the knowledge base once, in whichever language your team works in.
Voice as well as text
The same agent takes phone calls. It listens, answers, and passes the call to a person when it should. Callers get the same information your web visitors do.
Transcripts and analytics
Every conversation is logged. You can see what people ask, where GACS said it didn't know, and which questions turned into handoffs. That list tells you what to fix next.
Sectors where the same question gets asked a thousand times a week.
GACS is worth most where the question volume is high and the answers are already written down somewhere.

You've probably been sold a bad chatbot before.
Most of them guessed, annoyed customers, and got switched off within a quarter. Here's what we did differently, and what GACS still won't do for you.
It's allowed to say it doesn't know
Most bad chatbots fail by guessing. GACS answers from your material and, when the answer isn't there, says so and offers a person. A wrong answer costs more than no answer.
It is not a replacement for your team
GACS takes the repeat questions so your people handle the ones that need judgement. If you're hoping to cut your support team to zero, this is the wrong product.
One agent, three channels
Web chat, WhatsApp and voice run off the same knowledge base, so a customer gets the same answer wherever they ask. Many tools cover one channel and bolt on the rest.
We built it, so we can change it
GACS is Diggit's own product, not software we resell. When your setup needs something the standard build doesn't do, the engineers who wrote it are the ones you talk to.
Four steps, and the third one is the easy part.
The technical setup is short. The work that decides whether this succeeds is in steps one and four.
Point it at your content
You give us the website, help docs, FAQs and catalogue you want it to use. We check what's missing before anything goes live, because gaps show up in answers.
Set the rules and the tone
You decide how it speaks, what it must never answer, and when it hands over to a person. Those handoff rules matter more than most buyers expect.
Connect the channels
Drop the script tag on your site, connect a WhatsApp Business number, and set up the voice line if you want one. Start with a single channel if you'd rather.
Read the transcripts and fix the gaps
Once it's live, the unanswered questions tell you where your own content is thin. Fix that, re-index, and the agent gets better. This part never really stops.
Straight answers about GACS.
A generative AI chatbot writes its replies rather than picking from a script. That's the risk too: an ungrounded one will invent policies you never wrote. GACS is restricted to the knowledge base you give it, cites nothing it wasn't shown, and hands over to a person when the question falls outside that material.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. GACS absorbs the questions your team answers over and over: order status, opening hours, pricing, policy, availability. Complaints, edge cases and anything involving judgement still need a person. What changes is what your team spends its day on, not how many people you need.
As good as the material you give it. A company with a current help centre and a clean product catalogue gets an agent that's genuinely useful in days. A company whose FAQs were last updated in 2019 gets an agent confidently repeating 2019. We'll tell you which one you are before you commit.
The website widget is a script tag, so it works on any CMS. WhatsApp runs through a connected WhatsApp Business number. For CRM, transcripts and captured leads can be pushed across so conversations don't sit in a separate silo. Tell us which CRM you use and we'll confirm what the connection involves.
Your knowledge base and your conversation transcripts belong to you. We build against GDPR expectations, keep data in transit encrypted with TLS, and can restrict what the agent is allowed to store or repeat. If you have specific residency or retention requirements, raise them early. They affect how we set the deployment up.
It replies in over 50. A visitor writes in Arabic, Spanish or Urdu and gets an answer in that language, drawn from a knowledge base you only maintain once. Quality is strongest in widely used languages. For anything niche, ask us to run a test on your own content before you rely on it.
See it answer your questions, not our demo questions.
Send us your site or your help docs. We'll load them into GACS and show you it answering the questions your customers actually ask, live on a call.
